Lovely Locale and Breakfast
Situated at the top of the village within easy reach of dining, shopping and entertainment venues, this spot is perfection for exploring the region. (There are a few steep hillsides to climb nearby, so if you have restricted mobility you may want to plan appropriate transportation.) There's the seaside, post office and a grocery store within a five-minute stroll, and central Whitby attractions and the train station within a ten or fifteen-minute drive. Breakfast is a tasty twist on the traditional provisions, with home-made pancakes, smoked salmon, kippers, eggs and fresh fruit salad alongside the full English, and free home-made banana bread, scones or cake is ready to take away upon request.

Tasteful Rooms
You can expect fresh-smelling linens and thick towels, bottled water, tasty biscuits and large, wall-mounted televisions. The little refrigerators provided are convenient and you can enjoy tea, coffee and hot cocoa overlooking the bay in some rooms. The sea view units are quite pleasant and definitely worth requesting.
