The property boasts a very centric location, which previous guests highly admired. It is close to the city centre and just one block from Playa del Carmen Ferry and Punta Langosta Pier. A lot of guests complained about the loud hum from the air conditioners in their rooms. They said that the sound of the AC unit was annoying, and although it was able to cool their rooms, it prevented them from having a peaceful, problem-free stay.
Previous guests were irritated that they weren't able to enjoy the free Wi-Fi inside their rooms, only in the lobby. They also said that the Wi-Fi kept logging them off while their phone or tablet was on stand-by.
