A courteous and highly accommodating host welcomed the guests as they arrive at the motel. Most guests were pleased with the quality assistance of the host and the whole team of staff. They were very attentive in answering the questions and made great recommendations to help guests maximise their stay.
The loud noise coming from the highway just across the property was very disturbing according to guests. Since there was no actual windows provided inside the rooms, guests can hear all the traffic and vehicular noises especially during the night. The use of earplugs is highly recommended.
Since the motel does not offer free breakfast unlike other competitions, guests were quite disappointed. The rates of the rooms should already include a free breakfast according to them.
Previous guests were disappointed with the small space provided for the shower area. Aside from the dirty bathroom area such as flooring and chipped bathroom tiles, they were also very uncomfortable with the tiny space provided which was quite hard for guests to move or wash properly.
