The hotels gardens are exactly the type of tropical vegetation you would expect to find in Thailand. Guests point out the large gardens add a sense of calm to the property and give it some extra beauty.

Guests note that the hotel’s location is good. It’s just far enough away from Pattaya’s beaches and nightlife to avoid the noise that comes along with it but close enough to comfortably walk to most places worth visiting.

The breakfast buffet offered at the hotel has a diverse spread of food available to chose from according to visitors. The savoury breakfast is something guests say was a good way to begin the day.

There is no gym on-site which visitors who like to workout and pump a little iron note as an inconvenience. The hotel’s staff can arrange for you to use other fitness facilities in Pattaya, but you will have to pay the usage fee.

Guests point out that the front desk staff is not all that helpful for guests wanting to know more information about the hotel and its policies. Visitors say the staff can also be indifferent in trying to resolve issues you may have.

There have been issues with the air conditioners in some of the hotel rooms. Guests say the AC units are either not powerful enough for the rooms or are not working properly. Pattaya can be a hot place to be especially from March to June.
