negative:
Noisy of an evening.
Being located above a lively pub, there is plenty of noise of an evening from the live music entertainment and karaoke. The Northern Quarter in general is a busy and vibrant area so there is likely to be street noise well into the early hours.
negative:
No lift.
As there is no lift, guests who are staying in rooms on the first and second floors will have to use the stairs. This may represent a problem for guests with mobility problems.
negative:
Breakfast not included.
Breakfast is not included in the price of a stay at The Little Northern Hotel, something which has disappointed some former guests. However, the accommodation is at the budget end of the scale and many other options for breakfast are available nearby.
