Poor Soundproofing
From time to time, guests mentioned that exterior sounds were too easy to hear from their rooms. Usually, this occurred even when the fellow guests or staff members weren't going out of their way to be especially loud, but just doing normal activities. If you get distracted easily, make sure to stash some earplugs in your suitcase.

There were many guest comments about how the rooms look quite old fashioned and were certainly well used to the point of being in desperate need of refurbishment. Fortunately though, there are reportedly massive ongoing renovations occurring after a change in management.
