The rooms have been described as comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. They are well equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay here in Rome. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are also spacious, which adds to the sense of luxury. Breakfast is served in the room, which is very much appreciated.
Although the rooms are soundproofed, one hears some noise from the street, particularly on Saturday night. As this is a city centre property, noise can certainly be an issue at particular times.
Although the hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, with each room individually furnished, it has been noticed that the downstairs lobby by which one enters the hotel is somewhat dull and could do with a refurbishment. Otherwise, the actual hotel reception is very smart and well decorated.
The step up to the bathroom causes a few problems to guests at night, as it can make someone trip if they haven't got the light switched on. Also, the bath tub is rather high, making it somewhat difficult to get in and get out.
