Travelers say the hotel is located in a great spot where you can easily get around the city. The University of Nevada campus is across the street while Lawlor Events Center and Mackay Stadium can be reached in five-minutes on foot. Several of Reno’s most popular casinos are located in the downtown district which is a five-minute drive away.
Guests point out that the hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area of Reno where there is not a lot of commotion or traffic. This means nothing will disturb you during your stay.
The beds at the property are pleasant according to visitors who report that it is very easy to get some sleep at night. Not only are the mattresses comfortable but the bedding and pillows are good too.
A trip to the hotel is like going back in time and visitors explain that the entire place is rather dated. It was noted that some of the in-room equipment and furnishings look to be decades old while the entire property shows visible signs of wear and tear.
The staff at the property doesn’t do all that much to help you out according to travelers who add that you shouldn’t expect much assistance beyond checking in or out. There were also a few issues with employees being unresponsive to issues when they were brought up.
