Rooms in the hotel are big enough and spacious. There is a lot of space to move around, and they are available at a reasonable rate. Though the rooms are basic, they are not crammed up and suffocating. Guests said that the rooms were comfortable for an overnight stay or so.
Staff at the hotel was helpful and accommodating. They had a welcoming attitude towards the guests and assisted them with anything possible. Moreover, they also suggested the guests about places of interest nearby and ease of transportation.
The hotel is located on a very busy street, next to the Florida State University. There is constant hustle and bustle going on in the area till late at night, with loud noises of car audio systems, ambulances, police sirens as well as of people screaming.
The entire property looks outdated and shabby on which no renovation has been done ever. Even the rooms are not maintained and are unclean and dusty. Towels, sheets and also the walls are stained and look ugly. There are leakages in the bathrooms
Many guests said that there was a musty and damp smell all over the property. It was very difficult to stay indoors for a long time due to the smell.
