Visitors say a walk around the property is a real treat since everywhere you look there seems to be a gorgeous view. Several areas of the property including the accommodations and restaurants offer stunning views of the nearby Doi Suthep - Pui National Park.

There is a buffet breakfast served at The Higher Room each morning. Travellers note that the quality of food offered is very high and add that there are plenty of items for you to choose from. You'll find traditional favourites like eggs and bacon plus a range of juices as well as coffee.

The Chiang Mai city centre is a 40-minute drive from the hotel and visitors explain that the property is in a fairly remote destination. The hotel operates a shuttle which can take you to the city, but it runs sporadically and only has a limited number of seats available according to travellers.

Despite being situated in an area surrounded by natural beauty, the rooms themselves are a bit plain. Travellers note that the decor is somewhat dull when compared with everything else at the resort.

Guests point out that the staff doesn't really offer great customer service and can be fairly indifferent to requests. While they are not rude, it was noted that the employees could be a bit friendlier when interacting with you.
