Zante Village is a three-star hotel with 120 rooms located in Alikanas, Greece. A swimming pool, a kids’ pool and playground, sunbeds and parasols makes this a popular choice. Guests loved the beach close by and found the shuttle bus services to the beach at least five times a day very convenient. It saved them from the pain of booking a cab for every beach visit. Swimming pool was clean and had plenty of sunbeds free of charge. Guests could thoroughly enjoy the pool and soak up some sun without having to wait for the sunbeds.
Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. They were very prompt in responding back to emails and requests of the guests. Staff members had even kept aside some food for guests who informed about their delayed arrival. Bartenders were very cheerful and were managing the show very well.
Most of the guests thoroughly enjoyed the Greek Nights that were held once a week. This included lots of music and dancing accompanied by good food. It was also one of the occasions that saw a lot of audience participation and socialising of all the guests staying over there.
Some of the guests were disappointed as the entertainment program for children was in Polish language, which was difficult to understand for kids from other countries.
There was loud music being played by the pool until midnight, which did not allow the guests to sleep comfortably. Uncomfortable and hard beds with springs popping out made it even more terrible for the guests.
Most of the guests felt that bathrooms needed updating and repair. There was leakage from the pipes and toilet seats were hanging off. There was no hot water at all, which was inconvenient for guests with babies and small kids.
