The hotel has two pools and each one offers something different for you. One pool is designed for swimming while the other one is more for relaxation and play. The latter also has a kid’s pool attached to it.

Guests say dining at the hotel’s restaurants is an excellent experience and the options are numerous. There is an English pub, Italian restaurant with al fresco dining and pastry café as well as other choices on-site.

Staff at the hotel does an excellent job according to guests who praise their friendliness and quick response to problems. The check-in and check-out process is smooth while the staff is always around to answer any questions you may have.

Guests say the hotel feels quite dated and is in need of a refurbishment. Everything from the rooms to the lobby to the hotel’s exterior looks rather old. Visitors point out that the in-room furnishings in particular need to be updated.

The hotel’s discotheque on the ground floor can cause a lot of noise late into the night. Guests say the commotion can make it hard to sleep. Rooms near the disco are most vulnerable to noise while the higher floors are less exposed to the sounds.

Visitors point out that some areas of the hotel have funky odours that were not very pleasant. Some of the carpets and furniture smell of mold while guests say a few of the rooms have a stale odor according to guests.
