JdW Design Hotel (Marmaris, Turkey)

Guests praised the high level of cleanliness in the modern designed rooms. They loved the comfort of the beds and complimented the pillowtop mattresses.  The private bathroom was described as well-appointed and high end. Many also enjoyed the private balconies to relax in the evening.

Guests enjoyed the neighbourhood the hotel was in. The beach is within a leisurely walking distance. Shops, restaurants and water parks are nearby. Guests can easily procure a cab if they want to venture into the night life centre of Marmaris where most bars are located.

Guests enjoyed the customer service in this hotel. They felt the staff was very attentive and friendly. They helped with recommendations on attractions and directions when needed. English is spoken well, so there is no language barrier. Guests also loved the great service in the bars and restaurants in the hotel.

Guests sometimes had slow connections or did have trouble maintaining a Wi-Fi connection. As the hotel has no business centre, it is the only means for guests to get online.

While guests loved the design of the rooms, some of the rooms seem to be rather small. If you like to have a big room, splurge on a suite.

Guests who booked the hotel off-season found services were not available, for example the 24-hour room service, and the breakfast buffet was less well stocked than in the main season. Some amenities were also not available to them, for example the seasonal outdoor pool.
