Negative Reviews
negative:
Could do with some updates
Some guests felt that the rooms are not as good as they should be for being called a luxury destination. They had minor maintenance issues or cosmetic issues with their rooms.
negative:
A bit overpriced
Many guests felt that the price was high for what the resort actually offers. Extra fees like parking and Wi-Fi will add up if you do not allot money for this in advance. It is depending what you expect from a luxury resort and what price you actually pay for the room.
negative:
Food has mixed reviews
The food in the restaurants has very mixed reviews. Some guests liked it while others did not. As restaurants are a very personal experience you might want to give the in-house eateries a try or venture out into Santa Fe and enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby.
