Castro Urdiales is a charming resort that is not very well known to many holidaymakers. It has a beautiful and wide, sandy beach and a quaint harbour area where you can spend hours watching the boats come in and out. There is a seaside promenade and plenty of cafes and restaurants available if you don't want to eat at the hotel.
There have been reports that in some parts of the hotel the Wi-Fi is not particularly reliable and can be intermittent. It seems to be better lower in the hotel with the top floor suffering the most.
