Guests who frequent Monash University as well as Monash Medical Centre are the usual guests of this inn. Its proximity to these two establishments is really close, so it is advisable to stay here when visiting the university and hospital.

You would not expect top-notch facilities in this kind of accommodation, but according to guests, this is simply a value for money property. Here, all is clean and everything works as it should. Room is well kept, spacious and comfortable while the bathrooms, though a little dated, are still functioning well.

Those travelling in their vehicles are impressed that the car park is perfectly located just outside the room. All the convenience you could ask for in a parking area is here. Aside from the good location and being spacious, parking is also free!

According to guests, the front rooms also known as budget rooms can get the traffic noise from the main highway since there are many cars passing day and night. They recommended those rooms away from the road although it is more expensive.

Guests were dismayed by how old and tired some of the rooms looked! Although other parts of the inn were being renovated, there were some parts that needed to be given attention. Rooms that were in poor condition had walls with lots of crack and spider web, dirty carpet, old curtains and bedding.

This place does not offer free access to the Wi-Fi. Guests have to pay before they can connect to the Internet. This annoyed the previous guests because nowadays access to the Internet is given for free in almost every establishment.
