Guests were dismayed when they saw how small the bedrooms and bathrooms were. They were even more disappointed to see that it was left unclean. Bed sheets were old and yellowish. In addition, rooms were dusty all around. What's worse than this was that housekeeping never cleaned the room. All they did was change the towels.
