OZADI Tavira Hotel (Tavira, Portugal)

The buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day, with meats, eggs, pancakes, cakes, selection of breads and cereals, fruit, juices and prosecco available. Most will find something to suits their taste.

Having been recently refurbished, most guests love the rooms. Spacious and modern, but with retro styling and local craft pieces adorning the walls. Beds are comfortable, showers powerful, and rooms are kept clean. Previous guests recommend requesting a room at the back of the hotel, away from the road; some even have mountain views.

If you're looking for a relaxed getaway, in a less 'touristy' part of the Algarve, you couldn't find anywhere much better placed. The hotel is equidistant from both the countryside and beautiful beaches, has a stunning pool area with comfortable seating and poolside service and the lounge area is the perfect place to escape the heat to read a good book.

The vast majority of guests love the dining facilities at the hotel, however, some would like to see a wider choice of meals on the A la Carte menu as it changes infrequently.

While most come to relax and unwind, if you'd like something a little more lively, you could be out of luck. Once the bar closes, there is little to do in the immediate vicinity, although if you're that keen for late-night entertainment, Tavira is just a short taxi ride away.

Gym-goers may be a little disappointed in the fitness room; small and cramped with limited equipment, most tend to opt-out. There is a large park opposite for runners and cyclists, though, and the pool is available for all guests to use as they wish.
