positive:
Convenient central location
Business travelers praised the location for being about 100 meters from airport express trains entrance of Termini station. Sightseers liked the location for visiting the Coliseum, about one mile away.
positive:
Friendly and attentive staff
On the whole, reviewers found the personnel to live up to the hotel's five-stars, describing them as friendly, helpful and attentive.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Contemporary design not everyone's cup of tea
Travelers should note that frosted glass doors connect the bedroom to the en suite bathroom. This wasn't to everybody's taste due to the limited privacy when sharing a room. Moreover, plenty of guests just couldn't find peace with the sleek and minimalist design features and colour scheme of the rooms.
negative:
Not all found value for money
Negative reviewers frequently described finding limited value for money for various reasons. Guests encountering minor cleanliness or maintenance issues, occasional sub-standard service or noise from neighbors and traffic, felt these were problems that shouldn't arise in five-star accommodation. Many also felt bar and restaurant prices were on the high side.
negative:
Location lacks charm of other high end Rome hotels
While this hotel is centrally-located and next to Termini station, for some travelers its location lacked the charm of other top accommodation in Rome which is closer to sights like the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, which are at least 30-minutes' walk away.
