The motel is very conveniently located, you can easily access the centre of Townsville. There is a good shopping centre across the road, there is also a pub where you can go for lunch and supper. The SeaLink Ferry terminal is a short drive away, it takes you to Magnetic Island. The location is also safe and quiet.
You can spend you afternoon relaxing or swimming in the big swimming pool, it is fantastic on the hot day. The gardens surrounding the pool offer shade and tranquility to the setting and the pool-side bar offers a variety of well-priced drinks.
The hotel appears to be a little outdated. The general motel decor and furniture are old and need to be upgraded. The bathrooms are old, the fittings are tired and should be replaced to make your experienced a little nicer.
The guest rooms are quite small and cramped with little space for the storage of your luggage. There is not enough space in the bathroom for your toiletries. You can hear the shower in the bathroom from the bedroom and the air-conditioning units rattle.
