The pools were found to be nice and maintained well enough. They are also spacious for guests to swim in and had nice views of the ocean. The bars near the pool were also a nice thing to have to cool down.

The staff members are said to be friendly by most guests who thought they were helpful and friendly. They had a welcoming demeanor which made guests feel at ease.

The location was found to be ideal as the hotel is right next to the beach and there were some rooms with ocean views. The restaurants and bars on-site had ocean views next to the beach. There is also a golf course and walking distance from a super market.

Some guests were left wondering what kind of amenities were provided at the resort. They did not know if there were animation performances and tour bookings since no information was given. There needed to be some organization of information for guests to know.

Some guests found the cleanliness level to need an improvement, as they felt the bathrooms were too dirty and smelled of urine. There was too much dust on the facilities in the rooms. There were also no towels or blankets provided for some.
