Keeping adults and children entertained, the hard-working animation team is a credit to the hotel, keeping holiday spirits high from morning exercise classes to evening fire shows. Lots of staff seem to be training
Whilst guests understand the need to train members of staff properly, some felt that they were served by trainees too often, which is not what they were expecting from a resort of such a high standard.
negative:
Some rooms look a little dated
Unfortunately, a handful of guests have mentioned that some of the rooms are looking a little dated and could do with an update to bring them in line with some of the newer bathroom facilities.
negative:
Wi-Fi access is tricky
A small number of guests who stayed in rooms away from the reception area have had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi.
