Positive Reviews
positive:
Fantastic location to explore by golf cart
The hotel is in a spectacular location for exploring and enjoying the Mexican islands. A favorite thing to do is to rent a golf cart and use that to get around. It's a short drive to get to ferries, and there's plenty of attractions, shopping, and opportunities for checking out the natural beauty and trails of the area.
positive:
Terrific staff are always a delight to have around
The staff are quite a pleasure to deal with, as they're very friendly, and always ready to assist with travel arrangements, directions, tickets, and extras like flowers and chocolates, to enhance your stay. They are constantly smiling and engaging in polite small talk to make sure everything is going as you've planned.
positive:
It's a joy to have beautiful and clean rooms

Negative Reviews
negative:
Be advised that some rooms overlook a cemetery
Not everyone is thrilled that some rooms overlook a cemetery. If you're not comfortable with this as a view, make sure to ask at check-in, and be specific in your request as to what view you would prefer.
negative:
Menu selections aren't always that great
Food quality and options disappoint, especially with the all-inclusive package. Alcoholic drinks are often weak, and not what's expected or desired.
negative:
Thin walls, ants, and worn out accommodations
Some find the accommodations to not be as bright and fresh as what the resort should be like. Thin walls lead to overheard conversations and distracting sounds and noises, and there are occasional outbreaks of ants that make the trip unpleasant.
