There is no doubt that the atmosphere, service and facilities at this resort are world-class. Although the overwhelming majority of guests had wonderful vacations and felt that they experienced the VIP treatment, some that chose to upgrade to Preferred Club, highly recommend doing so. As well as a private concierge and Club Lounge with an all-day buffet and full bar, you will even skip the security queue at the airport.
