Positive Reviews
positive:
Great spot overlooking the sands of Kings Beach.
You quite literally can't get any closer to Kings Beach than when staying at this resort, it's just metres from the sand and the surf. Some of the apartments here have stunning views over the Pacific Ocean.
positive:
Expect a high standard of customer service here.
All the staff working here are professional and polite, they know exactly how to offer you a warm welcome and work tirelessly to make sure you enjoy your stay. Any requests that you have will be dealt with quickly and without any fuss.
positive:
Delicious food served at the cafe downstairs.
If you don't fancy cooking up a meal in your apartment kitchen then head downstairs to the resort cafe where you can enjoy a tasty meal prepared to order. The ingredients used are high quality and there is lots to choose from on the menu.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The free Wi-Fi here is very patchy and slow.
Don't expect to be streaming any movies or playing online games while you are here, the free Wi-Fi on offer doesn't even reach all of the apartments. Even when connected the speed is slow, so an upgrade is sorely needed here.
negative:
This place is getting old and needs updating.
This resort has been around for quite some time already and management don't seem to be doing anything to keep the property up with the times. Some areas and apartments already have a tired feel, so some refurbishment would go a long way.
negative:
Overpriced resort should offer more your money.
The apartments here are far from being cheap, in fact it's some of the most expensive holiday accommodation in the whole of Caloundra. The resort is failing in some areas so it really isn't offering great value for money.
