Royal Palace Westwood Hotel (Los Angeles, USA)

The breakfast was found to be a great amenity to have for many guests. They appreciated not having to go out to buy breakfast in the morning, but rather stay on-site for it. The choices were plentiful and healthy as well.

The hotel’s location was found to be convenient by most guests who enjoyed staying here. It was walking distance from UCLA, from many eateries and shops, and from nearby Beverly Hills. It is also close to the major attractions of the area.

Most guests spoke highly of the staff members and were happy to come across positive people. They found housekeeping to be particularly nice. Reception was mostly professional and courteous.

Most guests felt the price per night was a bit much. They did not think the old-fashioned appearance of the hotel was too obvious and that it is too worn. The hotel was not in excellent conditioning and rooms could use a second look for minor issues.

Guests thought the in-room air conditioning was not working well enough as they were not strong to take out the humidity in the rooms. Some also made a lot of noise to the point guests could not ignore it. Many guests mentioned the hotel was too outdated and they would have preferred to have a newer or fresher look to the hotel. They did not think this was a luxurious hotel and felt it was too musty and needed an investment in renovating and remodeling.
