Great Tokyo views, very spacious, well-equipped
These apartments apparently have amazing views out over Tokyo, which understandably were said to be better the higher up in the building guests stayed. On top of this, they were said to be huge given Japanese standards, clean and well equipped with everything guests could have needed while staying, including kitchen facilities.
positive:
Occasional upgrades, very accommodating staff
People were sometimes happy to report that they received an upgrade to a bigger apartment than what they signed up for, which went down rather nicely in these cases. Everyone else nevertheless reported polite, kind and helpful service from the staff members working here, and many people mentioned that the team went out of their way to assist them.
positive:
Close to stations, dining and supermarket
This aparthotel is said to be just a few minutes away from Okubo station, dining, shopping and a supermarket, while the Shin-Okubo and Shinjuku Stations are said to be easy to reach.
