Nivaria Beach Apartments and Villas is an oasis of peace located in a wild environment in the south of Tenerife, in one of the best-preserved coastal areas of the island, and with an excellent placement at 100 meters from the sea. The complex has been recently inaugurated and is located in Abades: a typical coastal town of white houses. It is a private, waterfront housing development where every little detail is taken care of to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to make you feel at home. Our apartments and villas stand out for their avant-garde design, comfort, luminosity and for their beautiful views of the sea. They offer high-quality equipment, with 5-star hotel mattresses and sheets and large terraces with south-facing sea views. The complex offers its guests a beautiful infinity pool with sea views, a 35 metres swimming pool, two kid’s pools, 2 hot tubs and free wake-up yoga classes.
