The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by most guests who stayed here. They would go out of their way to accommodate them. The food staff and housekeeping also did their jobs nicely.

Most guests enjoyed their comfortable villas and accommodations, as they felt there was enough space for their families to move around. It was comfortable and spacious for most and the utilities worked nicely.

The hotel is said to be beautiful by most guests who enjoyed the Spanish, warm style of the common areas. The furnishings and cared for grounds. The villas are large and the views breathtaking. It was a remote area that was perfect for guests who wanted to relax.

The Wi-Fi was found to be a poor one or non-existent. The guests did not enjoy not having the Internet option during their stay especially in their rooms. Even the access points were very limited.

Most guests felt that one restaurant was not enough for them on the property. Since the hotel is in a relatively remote location, they would have preferred to have at least one more dining option to not become bored of the food or have to go out to eat.

There were guests who mentioned the hotel had thin walls where they could hear basically everything that happened next door. They were annoyed that their next door neighbors were making noise but most of all, that the walls were not enough to block the noise.
