For the majority of guests, the resort's location is a big plus. Not only is this property situated directly on the beach, but it's been lauded for the access it provides to nearby shops and restaurants. If you want to eat outside of the complex, at the time of writing, Pineapple Willy's appears to be the local favorite. Many also found the nearby Wal-Mart to be handy for their shopping basics.

All rooms come with a sea view, an aspect that was much appreciated by guests. Many visitors also commented positively on the seaside view glimpsed from their individual balconies as well as from the resort's massive pool deck.

All units are individually owned, so décor varies from condo to condo. However, many found their units to be well-equipped, with the kitchens in particular - as well as the washer and dryer units - being singled out for special praise.

This is a high-capacity complex and there were, unfortunately, reports of dirty rooms and facilities here, especially at peak times. Some noted stains on carpets and towels as well as overflowing garbage bins. Many also reported that the pool itself was not cleaned regularly.

It seems that slow check-in procedures had a negative impact on the stays of a number of guests, with some reporting waiting hours for their units.Additionally, there appear to be problems with the elevators here, with many reporting waiting times of 30 minutes and longer.

Some guests reported that additional fees were levied for beach access and cleaning and many were also unhappy at this resort's implementation of a wristband system for guests. Finally, others were bemused at this property's seemingly random parking system.
