There are many upgraded rooms here which are very nice. Make sure to get one. Guests felt these rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooms were also described as being spacious and quiet.

Visiting this hotel is like stepping into your own private jungle. Guests liked the privacy and relaxed atmosphere that the beautiful tropical gardens provided.

Overall, guests enjoyed the food here. The quality of the breakfast was nice, but guests were very happy with the lunch and dinner menus. They really enjoyed the food there and stated that it was a good price for the quantity and quality.

The accommodations here are very basic, so do not expect anything close to a 4-star hotel. Many guests stated that the Wi-Fi was not working well and that sometimes there not a signal. Guest also stated that the breakfast did not have many options. Guests suggested not to get a basement room as those rooms seemed worse than the other rooms.

You might want to brush up on your Spanish before you come here. Guests commented that it was difficult to communicate with the staff as many of them knew very little English.

Bring the bug spray, or better yet, you might want to bring a mosquito net. Guests stated that the location of the hotel made it a prime location for a lot of mosquitoes. Guests even stated that there were so many mosquitoes that even bug spray did not work so well.
