Negative Reviews
negative:
Noise-level a concern.
Some guests report that the noise from the street can be too loud at times and that the TV from the room next to you can be heard through the wall. Since this was reported, the owners have taken action to rectify the noise levels within the hotel.
negative:
No room for flexibility.
Some guests mention that even though they arrived a little late for a meal service within the hotel, they were not allowed to order anything small like a soup or a sandwich. They were told the kitchen was closed and that was that.
negative:
Rooms need an update.
Guests have reported that some of the rooms are tired looking and old. Some have blinds that don't shut the light out completely, forcing you to wake up extra early. Also mentioned were the extractor fans in the bathrooms and the fact that they were overly loud and would wake other room members when you turn on the light.
