This place is quite nicely decorated in keeping with its original standing as a Victorian mansion. The rooms are well-appointed and have all that you need within. The décor is understated with a retro vintage feel.
Most people visit the area for leisure and as such have plenty of questions for the staff. Guests have said that the staff are very friendly and love talking about their hometown which is a great help for first-time visitors to the city.
The breakfast is included in the rate, and while it is quite acceptable, some guests felt that there could have been a few more options to choose from. They would have liked some hot items on the menu too.
