Guests were pleased to find that they were just a short walk away from some of London's most notable landmarks such as the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. Those who wanted to explore areas further afield found it very handy having two tube stations in close proximity to their accommodation.

The rooms have been described as being of generous size with quite a few guests stating that they had plenty of space to move around as well as ample storage. Many appreciated having all the necessary mod-cons such as the large plasma screens and refrigerators and particularly welcomed the use of smart phones which helped them plan their journeys around London.

Upon entering the hotel, guests were impressed with the lobby which they described as being elegant and tastefully decorated. Many enjoyed spending time in the stylish lounge, either catching up on work or relaxing with their daily paper. During finer weather guests appreciated being able to have their meals in the immaculately presented private garden complete with colourful plants and mature trees.
