Most
the guests loved the cheerful way they were greeted by the hotel staff. The
owners of the hotel Dom& Steph were very friendly and spent sometime asking

Negative Reviews
negative:
Expensive rooms; no booking record
Some of the guests felt that the rooms were quite expensive for the facilities provided. They felt that the money was charged more for the guests to see the celebrity couple Dom & Steph. Some of the guests were shocked to see that there was no record of their booking on arrival.
negative:
Bathroom needed upgrading; weak Wi-Fi
There were water strains on the bathroom ceiling and toilet tiles, light switches and window frames were damaged. Carpets were stained and seals around the showers were terrible. Wi-Fi connection was very slow and guests had to keep connecting time and again making it a very irritating problem.
negative:
Wobbly entrance floor at Gardener's Cottage
The
stone flooring outside the Gardener's Cottage was coming off and wobbly making
one of the guests almost having a fall especially at night.
