Property needs some TLC
Guests reported that the public areas such as the pool and lobby showed signs of aging and should be addressed. They also mentioned that carpets should be thoroughly cleaned or even replaced and that the elevator needs maintenance as it is slow and does not always work.
negative:
Limited services
Guests criticized that the restaurant closed too early, as it would be a wonderful location to enjoy a relaxing evening. Furthermore, guests would love to have had a 24-hour front desk available, since they otherwise had to wait to call in special requests or service orders.
negative:
Some air-conditioning issues
A few guests reported trouble with their air-conditioning, which maintenance tried to fix immediately as well as a bit of noise at times emitted from the units.
