Many guests felt that this resort is the perfect haven for ski lovers. All the skiing resorts and parks are close by. Apart from skiing, the guests loved the gondola rides. The five minutes gondola ride from the hotel to Winter Park Village left the kids very excited. Guests could also take up skiing classes and start off with their practice session right there. The tubing hill is just adjacent for guests who wanted to go tubing.
Pets were welcomed open heartedly in this resort and it was full of dogs of different kinds of breeds. There are clean-up bags by the front door when you take your pets out for the nature's call.
Guests loved the rooms and deluxe studios. Deluxe studios have a king-size bed, fireplace and a kitchenette. Kitchenette is well-equipped and guests can prepare a full meal in here without bothering to go out. Living room has a couch and a chair. It was basic yet very comfortable and sufficient.
Some guests were disappointed to see that the sink and bathtub would barely drain making it a very messy scene in the bathroom.
Few guests were not too happy with the high noise levels coming from adjacent rooms. They felt that the rooms should have had thicker walls for better noise insulation.
