Facilities Need TLC
From the hotel's decor to the rooms themselves, things are a bit tired and dated. Attention to detail is lacking. Repairs are needed, like new carpet and paint. A little TLC would go a long way at this hotel.
negative:
Heating Issues
Rooms are not individually climate controlled, and some guests felt that rooms tended to be on the cold side. You may want to bring an extra blanket and sweater just in case.

Transportation Needed
One of the great things about this hotel is that it's in a quiet, rural area. However, that also means you will need a car to get around, as it's a fair distance to the next village for access to other pubs, restaurants, and shops.
