Upon arrival, you are immediately greeted with the most sincere welcome, a glass of champagne and a complimentary mini massage. The staff is very kind, accommodating and attentive to special requests.
Guests enjoyed being right on the Camarones beachfront as well as the pool area. There are two outdoor pools, where you'll find lounge beds and parasols. There is a poolside bar and a swim-up bar. By the pool, you'll also find complimentary sunblock and bug spray if you forgot yours.
The staff at Villa Premiera is known to push sales and timeshare presentations. However, if you're not interested, they're completely understanding.
The hotel is not new but very well maintained. Guests thought the grounds and the building were beautiful. Even though the hotel has everything you need for a great stay, the campus is actually much smaller than guests expected. The pool areas, too, did not meet size expectations. No guests have complained about it being crowded or cramped, however.
The housekeepers do not appear to stick to any specific schedule. Guests have mentioned that sometimes their room could be made up at 10am, other days, not until 8pm.
