The staff are very kind and seem to smile because of the good mood they're in. It's nice to see people that enjoy their work and don't let their frustrations or anything get in the way of making the guest feel welcomed.
Many guests were happy to eat the food and drink the drinks from the resort. There are three choices for dining and there seemed to be at least one good option for many guests. The cooks are skilled and guests could tell they had a nice touch to the preparation.
The resort is close to the beach and the temperature is warm and relaxing. It is a nice place to truly relax in the sunshine or at night. The atmosphere is cosy and warm which made many guests feel at home or comfortable.The hotel is also within a good reach of other tourist locations that can be reached by public transport or walking.
The elevator is said to be out of order by many guests who complained it seemed to be unusable for quiet some time now. It is annoying to have to find that an elevator cannot be used due to nobody wanting to fix it. What if there are people that truly need to use the elevator to move about?
The website advertises certain amenities which some guests were not able to use. For example, there is no gym to exercise in and no Internet to use in the rooms. Many were disappointed these two amenities were not available.
Some guests were looking forward to swimming in the pool and instead found a pool without any water. If there was water in it, it did not look like a nice place to swim in, it was not clean.
