Villa Katarina is a traditional stone house with a private swimming pool, over 100 years old, which has been renovated with an exceptional sense of tradition. Holiday house Villa Katarina is located in a small and relaxed village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk.The unique features of the holiday home are a fully fenced garden with a large swimming pool, a terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, a children's playground, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue for preparing delicious meals and a comfortably furnished interior. The holiday house can accommodate up to 6 people. And it offers several parking spaces.Holiday house is spreaded over two floors with a total size of 57 m2. On the ground floor of the house you will find a kitchen with a dining area and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: crockery, dishes, electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer (50 l), dishwasher and coffee maker. The dining room is suitable for six people. There is also a beautiful living room with a sitting area that can also serve as an extra bed for two people. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with a sink.On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet. The house is air conditioned and offers Wi - Fi.Since you will spend most of your summer vacation outdoors, a shady terrace with a table for 6 people awaits you next to the holiday home. The swimming pool is 32m2 and equipped with sun loungers and a large sun terrace. Next to the pool there is a lawn with swings and toys for children. The total outdoor area is 900 m2.Krk is a beautiful island offering opportunities for every guest. There are six blue flags on the Krk beaches.
