Guests of this small motel praised the overall size of the rooms here, which were found to be pleasantly spacious.

Many commented that the location of this property is handy for a number of local attractions, including the Ontario Motor Speedway Park. Most also found the property's proximity to Ontario International Airport (ONT) to be very convenient.  Also, the staff at this motel have been routinely praised for their friendly and courteous attitudes. This demeanour went a long way to raise the overall profile of this basic property.

Given its solid location, well-appointed rooms and friendly team, most felt that this property represented good value for money for the area.

To the horror of many, both bed bugs and roaches are an on-going problems here. Many recent past guests were heavily bitten by the former, with most commenting that this issue was a cause of poor sleep quality. Roaches seem to be a particular issue in bathroom areas.

On the whole, rooms were noted to be run-down and tired. Old fixtures and fittings and marked and scuffed furniture was an issue here. Scuff marks along floors and on walls were also widely reported and many were alarmed to find that walls also sported large, gaping holes. Most felt that this motel could benefit from substantial refurbishment.

Noise was a problem here, with many able to clearly hear the conversations of guests in units above and adjacent to their rooms.
