The guesthouse is close to several restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as being close to the university area. Guests were able to walk to various locations in Toronto and also travel with public transportation like the tram or metro relatively easy.
Many guests enjoyed the fact the guesthouse provided a common kitchen which allowed them to cook their meals. They felt at home because of this and saved some money, many independent travelers enjoyed this.
Some guests would have preferred to have a private bathroom of their own instead of having to share with perfect strangers. The bathrooms would have been nicer if private and much cleaner as well. These guests would book for a private bathroom next time.
The noises heard from within the guesthouse were not left unnoticed by some guests, and it would be annoying to hear what the next door neighbor was doing. The kitchen noises were also loud and disturbing, it seemed like there was no privacy.
Some guests felt their beds were not comfortable enough for them, as some woke up with backaches. They also felt the pillows were too thin to be called pillows. They would have preferred a newer mattress and pillow.
