This was what perhaps most impressed guests about the hostel. They liked that it was so centrally located, since it meant that the city's attractions, dining and nightlife were within easy reach.

Considering the very central location, there were a remarkable number of comments about how quiet the property was. It seems that most of the rooms face the rear of the building, and so offer relative tranquillity despite being in the heart of the busy city.

A number of guests were very pleasantly surprised that their room had a small balcony. This was clearly something they were not expecting and they were happy to have a small private area were they could relax in the fresh air.

Quite a number of guests mentioned having great difficulty finding the hostel initially. They reported that it occupies only a portion of a building on the third floor and does not have prominent signage indicating its presence. Guests are advised to be sure to have the exact address handy.

A large number of guests commented that the staff did not really posses functional English language skills, leaving those who spoke no Spanish in a difficult position when it came to understanding and being understood

Several guests experienced problems with the lift. For some, it was due to the fact that it was very small, and so couldn't really transport guests and luggage at the same time, while others found it did not work at all during their stay.
