Rooms at the inn are spacious with equally spacious beds and bathrooms as well. The beds are comfortable too. The heating system at the inn was perfect and thus the room was desirably warm say guests.

Guests liked the ambience at the inn. Most of them specifically mentioned about the log fire which keeps the atmosphere romantic and warm. They also mentioned about the beer garden and patio/terrace, which was a great place to unwind, and the restaurant with beautiful views over the village and stream.

Food served at the inn was tasty. The bar menu was also interesting and the real ales were made up nicely say guests. Staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted the guests in anything they required quickly and with a cheerful face.

Though the rooms at the inn were spacious, they were extremely shabby and were in dire need of cleanliness. Guests said that there were spiders in the room, and moths and flies in the premises.  The bathrooms smell of dampness and need a scrub said a guest.

Many guests said that the inn does not provide breakfast service. They offer only tea, coffee, cereals and milk as breakfast. Thus guests who were looking for a full-fledged homemade breakfast  were in for disappointment.

Few guests mentioned that the Wi-Fi signal was very weak in the rooms. There was limited connectivity with the Internet, thus working online was a problem.
