Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast not included in room rate
The hotel provides for breakfast on request but the charges are not included in the room rent. Some guests feel that the pricing is steep and suggest having a tea/coffee maker in each room. However, this concern is offset by the various bakeries and restaurants nearby.
negative:
Room gets hot in the summer
The rooms do not include and AC. Paris gets hot during summer and some guests have complained about this. Being close to the main road, opening the windows may not be an option.
negative:
Needs soundproofing
Some guests claim that they could hear next door, and sometimes next floor guests, clearly. The busy road outside also gets loud at times. Earplugs are highly recommended.
