The guest rooms are clean and spacious and loaded with all the amenities you need to feel at home. With comfortable beds and fluffy towels in the large bathrooms, you'll feel relaxed.
positive:
A great location
This hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, yet you are just a ten minute walk from downtown Banff. With loads of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and both eclectic and world-class shops within walking distance, you'll hardly need your car.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The walls are thin
The walls and ceilings at this hotel are rather thin which means that you can hear conversations from the rooms that surround you and footsteps from your overhead neighbors. For a quieter stay, be sure to request a corner room on the top floor.
negative:
There are no pets allowed
Other than service animals, Charlton's Cedar Court does not accept pets. This is unfortunate for those who like to travel with their favourite four-legged friends.
negative:
The Wi-Fi is slow
Be prepared for slow and spotty Wi-Fi service in the guest rooms. This could be problematic for those travelling on business or who want to get an email out in a hurry. Luckily, the Wi-Fi reception in the public spaces is much better.
