Excellent central location
It was definitely the central location that guests most appreciated about Miramar. While Frankfurt is a large city, they seemed to find that the position allowed them to walk anywhere within the central area they really cared to visit.

It seems most customers had breakfast included in their room-rate. While they may not have been expecting too much from it, many speak of being pleasantly surprised with a decent spread of a great many typical continental buffet foods. It certainly set them up for the day.

Free gluhwein at reception
Guests travelling in the colder months were impressed that free gluhwein was available at reception. They found it to be a very thoughtful gesture.

No tea or coffee making facilities
A couple if guests were a bit upset to discover that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in their rooms. While there were obviously cafes in the area, many guests would have liked the chance to make themselves a quick cuppa in their own room with a minimum of fuss.

Rooms are exceptionally small
While, considering the central location, they were not expecting a massive room, guests nevertheless were not quite expecting a room quite as small as the one they received. They seemed to indicate that if it were any smaller the bed would have to be placed vertically.

Several guests mentioned that they thought the room rate they paid was a bit high. While they realised they were in the centre of a very expensive city, they believed that there was better value to be had.
