Hotel Muguet (Paris, France)

The Muguet Hotel is centrally located near the center of Paris, but tucked away on a residential street, so you will not have to deal with the noise and traffic of the city. With less than a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars and Napoleon's Tomb, and the Ecole Militaire Metro station only 2 blocks away, the hotel's location really can't be beaten. Many of the upgraded rooms also grant an excellent view of the Tower.

Guests report that the hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The concierge can be of great assistance booking tickets, arranging transportation and providing general information.

Guests have nothing but praise for the cleanliness and the upkeep of the hotel, which they say is of a remarkably high standard. You will surely have no problems in this department.

As it mentions on the hotel's website, the stairs, narrow corridors and tiny elevator mean that the hotel is not accessible for many people with mobility issues. If you rely on a wheelchair or other assistance, consider other arrangements.

While some guests enjoy the hotel's breakfast service, many others were not impressed with the selection relative to the price they paid. It might be a better idea to go out for breakfast to one of the numerous cafes in the neighborhood, as it will likely be better and cheaper.

Smaller hotel rooms are common in Europe, especially within urban areas, and the Muguet is no exception. Many guests did not find this to be too much of a problem, but keep it in mind before deciding to book your stay.
