Guests were amazed to see such a huge breakfast buffet layout with over 100 items which were delicious. In addition to this, the staff also fixed eggs, bacons and sausages if the guests requested. There is a separate section for gluten-free food. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. They promptly catered to all the requests of the guests.
Guests loved the location of the hotel as it was close to many places of interest. Metro station is hardly a two-minute walk from the hotel. Prado Museum, Plaza de Espana and Santiago Stadium are within a distance of a mile from the hotel. Several restaurants and cafes are close by. Taxis are easily available outside the hotel.
The hotel's interiors were done up with plants and palm trees, which gave them a very exotic look. The restaurant also features an attractive conservatory. The design is very modern with parquet floors adding to the beauty of the place. Guests loved the spacious and bright rooms with comfortable beds.
Few guests had some trouble with the showerhead and the bath plug that leaked. This caused the bathroom to look very messy and slippery with water all around the place.
Wi-Fi connection here was unreliable as it kept disconnecting most of the times leading to a lot of inconvenience to guests who wanted to work online. Moreover, the Wi-Fi password expires every 24 hours which was again problematic incase guests wanted to log in again.
Some of the guests felt that the rooms should have been provided with tea/coffee making equipments. Calling up the room service each time the guests wanted to have tea or coffee was troublesome.
